BOULEVARD PARK LIBRARY RENOVATION

The project consists of a renovation of the existing 5,677 square foot Boulevard Park Library building. The scope of work includes exterior and interior improvements, such as new steel columns, storefront vestibule, exterior lighting, and new windows. The interior work includes expanding the existing meeting room, providing new sliding glass storefront walls, and installing new casework, flooring, and lighting. The project also requires selective demolition and modifications to the existing mechanical and electrical systems. • The project is located at 12015 Roseberg Ave S, Seattle, WA 98168. • The bid opening date was May 7, 2018, at 1:00 PM. • The bid submission date was May 7, 2018, at 4:00 PM. • The project requires a lump sum bid, and segregated bids will not be accepted. • The bid bond must be in an amount of not less than 5% of the base bid plus additive alternates.
