Terrace, Landscaping & Site Improvements at Central Library Rebid

The Multnomah County Department of County Assets is seeking a contractor to complete the New Terrace, Landscaping and Site Improvement Project at the Central Library. The project includes adding new exterior terraces, removing the existing ramp and replacing it with an accessible sloped walkway, replacing handrails, and improving site drainage. The contract will be awarded to a single vendor, and the contract term will be determined by the time it takes to complete the project. The contractor must have experience with historic sites and working near public transportation. • The project is funded through a Prosper Portland grant. • The contractor must comply with the City of Portland's Equity Procedures and Workforce Training and Hiring requirements. • The contractor must have a valid Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) License. • The contractor must meet the minimum insurance requirements outlined in the contract. • The contract includes a not-to-exceed price and payment will be made per milestones negotiated at the time of contract negotiation.
