5.11 Tactical Vest

The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations for a 5.11 tactical vest, with a total of 68 vests required (8 regular size and 60 2XL size). The contract is a one-time purchase request, and bidders are encouraged to submit their best cost initially. The county reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive any discrepancy or technicality. • The contract requires the vendor to provide the tactical vests, including shipping, handling, delivery, fuel surcharges, and/or freight charges. • The vendor must also provide a unit price that includes all costs. • The county will evaluate the bids based on the lowest price, and the contract will be awarded to the apparent lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. • The contract has a 5% local preference added to the bid price. • The vendor must provide a cash discount percentage (option) and a net 30 payment term.
