Ames Main Campus: Refrigerators & Microwaves

The Iowa Department of Transportation (Iowa DOT) is seeking competitive quotes for five refrigerators and eight microwaves meeting the minimum specifications outlined in the RFQ 1805 Specifications document. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose submission is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, considering cost and other factors. The contract is for the delivery of refrigerators and microwaves to the Ames Main Campus. • The contract is for a total of 13 items (5 refrigerators and 8 microwaves) • The delivery date for the items is June 16, 2025 • The contract is subject to the procedures and requirements established in Iowa Administrative Code 761--20 • The Iowa DOT is a tax-exempt agency, and tax exemption certificates will be provided upon request
