Description
The County of Cuyahoga is seeking qualified consultants to implement Infor CloudSuite FSM version 11 for its Department of Information Technology. The work includes configuring, installing, customizing, and providing functional and technical consulting throughout the implementation lifecycle, as well as training and knowledge transfer to ensure the solution becomes operational.
• Scope: Full‑service implementation consulting for Infor CloudSuite FSM v. 11 (configuration, installation, customization, testing, training).
• Delivery: Consultants will work onsite/remote as needed to meet the County’s schedule, with a final proposal due by 25 Oct 2024.
• Procurement: Open competitive RFP (formal), requiring vendors to be on the official plan‑holder list to receive all documents and addenda.
