Description
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS) is seeking a cloud‑based enterprise observability platform with implementation, training, and support services. Phase 1 (fixed‑price) will cover monitoring of VMware virtual infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services, Internet‑facing endpoints, and identity services (Entra ID & Active Directory). The solution must integrate with existing OpsRamp, SolarWinds, and ServiceNow tools, meet FedRAMP and U.S. data‑residency requirements, and provide role‑based dashboards, synthetic monitoring, alerting, and incident‑creation integrations. Future phases (2‑5) may expand to broader cloud, network, application performance, and AIOps capabilities, but are not priced in this solicitation.
