Tennant Sweeper OEM Parts and Supplies

The City of Tucson has entered into a contract with Tennant Sales and Service Company for the provision of Tennant Sweeper Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and supplies. The contract includes repair services on site at the City's Fleet Services facility and Fire Fleet Management facility. The contract term is for one year, with the option for four additional one-year renewals. The City will pay the contractor based on the prices listed in the attached price page. The contractor must provide insurance coverage, including general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation. • The contract includes a detailed scope of work, including the provision of OEM parts and supplies and repair services. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to insurance, taxes, and labor. • The City has the right to terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause, upon giving thirty days' written notice. • The contractor must maintain accurate records and allow the City to audit its books and records. • The contract includes provisions for payment, including a payment schedule and a requirement for the contractor to submit itemized invoices. • The City has the right to inspect the contractor's place of business and to require the contractor to provide written assurances of its intent to perform. • The contract includes a warranty provision, requiring the contractor to warrant that all materials and services delivered under the contract conform to the specifications.
