Legal Notices and Newspaper Advertisements

The City of Oxnard is seeking a vendor to provide services for the publication of legal notices and advertisements. The contract is for a 12-month period, and the City is looking for a consistent source for the public to receive published notices and for the City to receive reduced contract pricing as a high-volume advertiser. The vendor must be an adjudicated newspaper of general circulation.
