Recycled Water Program Improvements Project (RWP 010)

The City of Boise Public Works Department is soliciting proposals from experienced firms to provide Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the Recycled Water Program Improvements Project. The project involves preconstruction and bid and award services, as well as construction services. The selected firm will be responsible for reviewing design documents, generating construction cost estimates, and serving as the construction manager at risk throughout the duration of the construction process. The contract will be awarded based on the best qualified proposal, with consideration given to the firm's experience, qualifications, and technical competence. • The project requires the selected firm to have experience with similar installations and to demonstrate technical competence. • The firm will be responsible for reviewing design documents and generating construction cost estimates. • The firm will serve as the construction manager at risk throughout the duration of the construction process. • The contract will be awarded based on the best qualified proposal. • The City of Boise reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities in the proposals received.
