Description
The City of Punta Gorda is seeking to establish a professional surveying library of current, qualified, and experienced State of Florida SURVEYING AND MAPPING BUSINESS license (LB) holders. The services to be performed are primarily related to Non-Construction activities, such as boundary surveys, easements, annexation, etc. The evaluation score results show the ranking of offerors, but the final award tabulation is available through a link.
• The solicitation document U2011102D is attached below and must be downloaded and read by bidders.
• Bidders must complete and submit the Bidder's Response Form included in the U2011102D prior to the established due date and time.
• Failure to submit the submittal package component(s) deemed material prior to the established due date and time shall result in the rejection of the Bidder's submittal package.
• The City will not accept submittals from Bidders who utilize subconsultants to provide all or part of services in this library.
• Related parties, meaning bidders or principles thereof with a direct or indirect ownership interest in another bidder for the same contract, shall be judged non-responsive and rejected.
