Description
Laramie County Community College is seeking professional architectural services for annual major maintenance projects and as-needs projects. The selected vendors will provide design, documentation, cost estimating, scheduling, construction management, and project closeout services. The contract is limited to $50,000 per project, and projects exceeding this amount will require a public Request for Proposal (RFP) process. The evaluation criteria for the vendors include experience, technical competence, professional competence, past performance, capacity, ability to meet time requirements, and cost/fee proposal.
