MECCA II CLOSURE QA/QC

The Riverside County Department of Waste Resources is seeking a contractor to provide Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) services for the Mecca II Sanitary Landfill Closure Construction project. The contractor will be responsible for providing QA/QC personnel, including a QA/QC Manager, qualified technical staff, and qualified special inspectors. The contractor will also be required to provide laboratory testing and certification services. The key aspects of this contract include: • Construction Observation, Inspection, and Field Testing • Laboratory Testing • Project QA/QC Management and Progress Reporting • Certification and As-Built Report The contract is expected to be awarded to the most responsive and responsible bidder, with a tentative award notification issued to Geo-Logic Associates.
