CHANGE CITY OF PORT ARTHUR HVAC SYSTEMS IN VARIOUS BULDINGS TO MANUAL CONTROLS

The City of Port Arthur is upgrading its current Siemens system to a non-proprietary system for various buildings. The contract includes the removal and replacement of HVAC controls with standard HVAC controls at the Civic Center, Library, Recreation Center, City Hall and Annex, and Water Plant. The contractor will provide labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work. The contract term is 12 months, and the total cost is $45,145.00.
