Description
The Town of Palm Beach solicited bids for the signalization and mast arm improvements project, but the contract was not awarded due to bid cost submittals that exceeded the engineer's cost estimates and the town's budget. The project includes the installation of signalization, new mast arms, foundations, curbing, sidewalk, ADA ramps, mill and resurfacing at the Seabreeze Avenue at Cocoanut Row and Pendleton Avenue at Cocoanut Row intersections. The scope of work also includes work between the two intersections, as described in the contract documents. The town may rebid the project at a later date.
