WESTSIDE FIRE STATION (CIP 2017-028)

The City of Beaumont is seeking a contractor to construct a new fire station, including a 4,730 sq ft office and day room wing, a 4,790 sq ft apparatus bay, and site development of the ~4.09 ac parcel. The contract includes construction of roads, utilities, and landscaping. The contractor will be responsible for performing all work in accordance with the contract documents, including plans, specifications, and addenda.
