Mill Creek Stormwater Improvement and Harold Street Arterial Mill and Overlay Project

The City of Olathe, Kansas, is seeking bids for the construction of the Mill Creek Stormwater Improvement and Harold Street Arterial Mill and Overlay Project. The project includes stormwater improvements, such as the construction of reinforced concrete haunched slab bridges, grading, and construction of retaining walls, as well as the installation of new storm sewer, sanitary sewer, waterline, pavement, signing, riprap, tree planting, seeding, and sodding. The project also includes a 2" milling and asphaltic concrete overlay from Woodland Road to Kansas City Road, as well as curb replacement, sidewalk and sidewalk ramp replacement, full depth crack repair, full depth street replacement, and turn lane installation, marking and signing, and traffic signal modifications. The bid documents, including drawings and specifications, are available for download from the City of Olathe's website. A satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder or an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid for work, must be submitted with each proposal.
