The County of Morgan is seeking a supplier to provide approximately 9,000 tons of chip‑seal aggregate that meets specific gradation and abrasion criteria for road maintenance projects. The contract is open to all qualified vendors, with a local‑business preference of up to 5 % for firms maintaining a physical presence in Morgan County. Proposals must be submitted by March 25 2026, and the aggregate must be delivered before June 30 2026. Vendors are required to submit FOB pricing, certify daily weight tickets, and provide a sample for county evaluation. An optional haulage component is available under a separate RFP.
