Sexual Abuse Counseling Services

This contract is for the provision of sexual abuse counseling services to the County of Orange. The services will be provided by The Regents of the University of California, on behalf of UCI University Physicians & Surgeons, UCI Department of Psychiatry. The contract has a term of one year, with the option to renew for an additional year. The contract has a maximum funding obligation of $1,490,215. The contractor will provide a range of services, including individual, family, and group counseling, as well as psychiatric evaluations and assessments. The contractor will also provide training and supervision to staff, and will ensure that all staff are qualified and experienced in providing sexual abuse counseling services. • The contractor will provide services to clients in their primary language, and will ensure that all staff are able to speak, read, and write in English, as well as in the specified language. • The contractor will provide a minimum of 50% bilingual staff. • The contractor will provide ongoing training to staff on child abuse issues. • The contractor will ensure that all staff are trained and experienced in providing sexual abuse counseling services. • The contractor will provide regular reports to the County, including monthly reports on services provided and quarterly reports on program progress.
