HIV Client Services

The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services is issuing an RFP to select qualified providers to deliver core medical and support services to people living with HIV (PLHIV) across all 99 counties under the Ryan White Part B Program. The contract will fund a network of service providers that will offer comprehensive HIV care, case management, and support services aimed at improving health outcomes and reducing HIV transmission.
