PEER TO PEER CLINICAL TRAINING UNDER THE ENDING THE HIV EPIDEMIC (EHE): A PLAN FOR AMERICA RYAN WHITE HIV AIDS PART A AND B GRANT

This solicitation seeks a peer‑to‑peer clinical training provider to support the Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) initiative under the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Part A and B grant. The award will fund training, legal, and outreach services aimed at improving clinical capacity and coordination among service providers. The performance period runs through the end of the grant, with the contract to be awarded after the November 13, 2026 submission deadline. • Deliver peer‑to‑peer clinical training modules focused on HIV prevention, treatment, and care. • Provide associated legal services and outreach support as specified in the Ryan White grant categories. • Coordinate with the Director of Health and Human Services and comply with all reporting requirements for the grant duration.
