Carpet/Flooring Removal & Installation

This contract is for carpet and flooring removal and installation services at Kennesaw State University (KSU). The successful bidder will provide these services on an as-needed basis, and the contract is estimated to be worth $500,000. The bidder must agree to comply with various requirements, including providing qualified personnel, maintaining a safe working environment, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. The contract will be administered by KSU's Office of Procurement and Contracting. • The contract includes the removal and installation of carpet, carpet tile, Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT), and other flooring materials. • The bidder must provide a list of three current references in the greater metro Atlanta area where they have performed similar work. • The bidder must have been in the business of supplying and installing commercial carpet in the greater metro Atlanta area for at least five consecutive years. • The contract includes provisions for inspections, corrective action, and warranties. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to safety, health, and environmental protection.
