Crabbe Library Renovation

The contract is for the renovation of the Crabbe Library lower level at Eastern Kentucky University. The scope of work includes the removal of interior walls, reconstruction of interior walls, removal and installation of doors and frames, and replacement of ceiling tiles and lighting. The contract was awarded to Restoration 1 of Lexington LLC for a price of $79,895.00. The project is expected to be completed by 12/1/2020. • The contract is for a lump sum price. • The contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the complete renovation. • The contractor must provide a bid guaranty per Article 15 of the EKU Construction Solicitation Instructions and Conditions. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
