Request for Bid - Ultrasound and misc. training equipment

This contract is for the purchase of ultrasound and miscellaneous training equipment for Weber State University. The contract was awarded to Echo Healthcare and GT Simulators for a total price of $241,462.46. The equipment includes a variety of ultrasound training models and simulators, including a branched 4 vessel ultrasound training block, a scrotal ultrasound training model, and a cardiac echo ultrasound training model. The contract is for a one-time purchase, but the university reserves the right to purchase additional products based on this bid for up to 120 days after the initial purchase. • The contract is funded by grant money and all items must be delivered, invoiced, and paid for by June 20, 2026. • The contract is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Invitation for Bid (IFB) document. • The university reserves the right to approve or reject any bid, and to negotiate the price and terms of the contract. • The contract is for a one-time purchase, but the university may purchase additional products based on this bid in the future.
