Tree Mortality Program Project #24

The County of Calaveras is seeking a vendor to provide tree mitigation services for the Tree Mortality Program Project #24. The services include the safe, legal, and efficient cutting of dead and/or dying trees, selective removal of trees, and treatment of associated slash and debris that pose a hazard to county infrastructure. The contract was awarded to ACE Tree Service of Sonora, California, with a grand total lump sum amount of $66,547.00. The contract requires the vendor to provide certificates of insurance, a traffic control plan, and an operations plan within five business days of the notice of intent to award. • The contract is for tree mitigation services in the project areas defined in the attached Exhibit A - #24 Project Area Location (Maps). • The services requested include all operations related to the safe, legal, and efficient cutting of dead and/or dying trees, selective removal of trees, and treatment of associated slash and debris that pose a hazard to county infrastructure. • The contract was awarded to ACE Tree Service of Sonora, California, with a grand total lump sum amount of $66,547.00. • The contract requires the vendor to provide certificates of insurance, a traffic control plan, and an operations plan within five business days of the notice of intent to award. • The contract is subject to the terms and conditions of the Invitation to Bid #19-1000-08-968 and the laws, regulations, and policies of the County of Calaveras and the State of California.
