Description
This contract provides comprehensive building repair and maintenance services for Prince William Water facilities across Prince William County, Virginia. The award is a firm‑fixed hourly‑rate agreement covering a wide range of trades—including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, flooring, drywall, roofing, and demolition—plus emergency‑response capabilities. Contractors must respond to emergencies within 1 hour (original IFB) or 4 hours (Addendum 2) and are paid a $150 (IFB) or $500 (Addendum 2) fee per emergency request in addition to hourly labor rates ($30‑$50 per trade). The contract term is one year with up to four optional one‑year renewals subject to CPI adjustments. All work is performed on a “as‑needed” basis via work orders, and the contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and waste disposal. SWaM participation is encouraged but not required; insurance must meet specified limits (General Liability $1 M, Workers’ Comp, Auto $2 M, Umbrella $5 M).
