Description
This contract concerns routine preventive maintenance for a small fleet of Sullair equipment owned by Cuyahoga County. The scope includes major and minor preventive maintenance (PM) activities for two S‑1810 rotary‑screw air compressors, one SR125 refrigerated air dryer, and one SXTF0125F filter assembly, with two maintenance visits per year for each compressor and one visit per year for the dryer and filter. The work involves filter changes, oil sampling, cleaning of cooling and condensate systems, control adjustments, and documentation of service activities.
• Equipment: 2 × Sullair S‑1810 compressors, 1 × Sullair SR125 dryer, 1 × Sullair filter assembly.
• Frequency: 2 visits/yr per compressor; 1 visit/yr for dryer and filter.
