Fuel Station and Storage Facility Maintenance.

The City of Coral Gables is seeking bids for Fuel Station and Storage Facility Maintenance. The solicitation consists of work to provide maintenance services for the city's fuel stations and storage facilities. The contract will be awarded to the three lowest responsive, responsible bidders as primary, secondary, and tertiary vendors. The city reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time, reject any and/or all submittals, and waive any technicalities, irregularities, or minor variations. • The city is seeking bids from certified minority business enterprises and other minority or woman-owned enterprises. • A non-mandatory site meeting was held on January 3, 2020, at 2:00 pm. • The deadline for questions was January 10, 2020, at 4:00 pm. • The submittal deadline was January 24, 2020, at 2:00 pm. • The city will not accept bids received after the submittal deadline. • The contract will be awarded within a reasonable time after the bid opening. • The city reserves the right to consider other conditions that may be in the best interest of the city.
