IRON HORSE GOLF COURSE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT

The City of North Richland Hills is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for the selection of a Golf Course Management firm to provide professional services for the Iron Horse Golf Course Improvements Project. The project requires experience working in tandem with hydraulic and civil engineers, providing grading plans for floodplain and floodway modeling, and revising such grading plans as required to successfully permit and protect significant golf course features from flood damage. Key aspects of the project include: • Golf course management and design • Floodplain and floodway modeling • Grading plans and permitting • Golf course feature protection • Experience working with hydraulic and civil engineers The City of North Richland Hills reserves the right to reject in part or in whole all bids submitted, and to waive any technicalities for the best interest of the City.
