Encampment Response

The City of Oxnard invited proposals for an Encampment Response program, which includes two components: outreach services and case management and administration of motel vouchers as a non-congregate shelter program. The goal of this RFP is to identify a qualified operator to work with the City of Oxnard to execute a phased response to encampment sites that will support the transition of unsheltered homeless individuals into housing. Key aspects of the contract include: • Outreach services to engage with unsheltered homeless individuals • Case management and administration of motel vouchers as a non-congregate shelter program • Phased response to encampment sites to support the transition of unsheltered homeless individuals into housing • Collaboration with the City of Oxnard to execute the program
