Description
The contract is for the construction of NE Spring Boulevard from 130th Ave NE to 132nd Ave NE. The work contemplated under this contract includes removal of structures and obstructions, gravity block wall, cement concrete curb and gutter, granite curb, cement concrete sidewalk, granite sett, asphalt concrete pavement, water main improvements, storm drainage improvements, soil cell module, illumination, tree lighting, landscaping, traffic signal systems, urban design elements, property restoration, and miscellaneous work. The engineer's estimate for the project is $6,281,480.95.
