Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) Supplies, Part, Equipment, Materials and Related Supplies

This contract is for the provision of Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) Supplies, Parts, Equipment, Materials, and Related Services to the County of Orange, John Wayne Airport. The contract has a total value of $450,000 and is effective from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. The contract may be renewed for an additional four years. The vendor, W.W. Grainger, Inc. DBA Grainger, will provide the necessary supplies and services as needed by the County. • The contract includes provisions for civil rights and non-discrimination, insurance requirements, and airport security. • The vendor is required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment and labor. • The contract includes a provision for the vendor to provide training to its staff on Title VI Civil Rights. • The contract also includes provisions for payment, invoicing, and notices. • The vendor is required to provide a fleet-wide anti-idling policy and to comply with all applicable environmental regulations. • The contract includes a provision for the vendor to provide services during emergencies or declared disasters.
