Energy Performance Contract Financing(s)

The contract is for Energy Performance Contract Financing for two projects: the replacement and installation of chillers and improvements to the distribution system at the Central Utility and Satellite II plants, and an LED lighting replacement and upgrade project. The University is seeking to finance both projects concurrently through a master lease agreement with one or more respondents.
