Architectural Planning & Design

The contract is for architectural planning and design services for miscellaneous projects within the Parks + Rec Department of the County of Jackson, Missouri. The vendor, Warner Nease Bost Architects, Inc. (WNB Architects), will provide Scopes of Work on a project-by-project basis, subject to written approval by the County. The contract has a term of 24 months, with an option to extend for an additional 12 months. The total fee for the services is not to exceed $100,000.00, based on hourly rates set out in the attached Exhibit A. • The contract includes provisions for additional services, project assumptions, progress schedules, and termination. • The vendor is required to maintain insurance coverages, including professional liability and commercial general liability. • The contract also includes provisions for indemnification, payments to the architect, and enclosures and attachments.
