Door Top Alarm System

The State of Wyoming, Department of Administration and Information, Purchasing Section, is seeking bids for the furnishing, installation, and interface of a suicide deterrent and alarm system. The system must detect attempts at suicide by supporting a ligature in a door assembly and include optical sensor systems, visual and audible indicators, controller systems, and user interfaces. The contract was awarded to All State Communication for a price of $4,895.00 per door, with a delivery time of 60-180 days. • The system must meet the detailed specifications outlined in "0119-D Attachment A". • A mandatory walk-through was held on October 29, 2018, at the Wyoming State Hospital. • All questions must be submitted by October 25, 2018, and will be answered by October 30, 2018. • The bid opening date was November 6, 2018.
