Auctioneer Service - RFP-25-018

This contract is for auctioneer services to be provided by Caspert Management Co., Inc. to Bergen County. The vendor has over 104 years of experience in the auction and appraisal industry and has provided services to governmental agencies, financial institutions, and professional organizations. The contract term is for one year, with the option to renew. The scope of work includes conducting live, online, and hybrid auctions, as well as providing appraisal services. • The vendor has a team of seasoned auctioneers and certified appraisers with specialized expertise and decades of collective industry knowledge. • The vendor is a member of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA), American Society of Appraisers (ASA), and New Jersey Society of Auctioneers (NJSA). • The vendor has a proven track record of delivering effective, results-driven auction services, particularly in Bergen County. • The vendor has the technical capability to manage complex auctions in a fast-paced internet-based environment.
