Construction Manager for ISA 7TH Floor Laboratory Renovation

The University of South Florida is seeking a construction manager to provide full construction management services for the renovation of the 7th Floor of the Interdisciplinary Science Building. The project will encompass a comprehensive remodel, expansion, and conversion of the existing space to Biomedical Research Engineering Labs. The selected team will deliver complete construction management services for Phases 2, 3, and 4 and enabling projects. • The project is expected to be delivered in 4 phases. • The first phase is already underway. • The selected team will provide construction management services for the remaining phases. • The project includes the renovation of the 7th Floor of the Interdisciplinary Science Building. • The project will convert the existing space to Biomedical Research Engineering Labs. • The project includes enabling projects such as constructing spaces for the Student Welcome Center and FCAN.
