SURPLUS CELL PHONE BUY BACK

The County of Kern is seeking to establish a price agreement for the "buy back" of surplus cell phones with the awarded vendor. The contract period is from May 1, 2019, to April 30, 2022. The vendor will provide prepaid shipping labels and boxes for shipping. • The contract includes the purchase of various types of surplus cell phones, including Apple iPhone 3G and 4G, Kyocera, Samsung Gusto, and LG Cosmos 2&3. • The vendor will provide pricing for the purchase of the surplus cell phones, with a minimum "buy back" quantity of 5 pieces. • The contract includes shipping and payment terms, with the vendor responsible for covering all shipping costs. • The contract has a total value of approximately $6,116.00, with payment terms of 7 days.
