Description
The U.S. Embassy in Yaoundé, Cameroon seeks a qualified telecommunications provider to deliver complete mobile telephone services for approximately 500 official lines over a one‑year base period with up to four one‑year options. The contract includes provision of phones, voice, data, SMS, roaming, 24‑hour support, detailed billing, and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Supply of ~40 Android smartphones and up to 10 additional devices on short‑notice.
• Provide voice, data, SMS, voicemail, international calling and roaming services with ≥90 % coverage across Cameroon and 24‑hour connectivity to the United States and Europe.
• Deliver 24‑hour technical support, quarterly outage reporting, detailed monthly billing, and maintain security/cyber‑risk certifications per FAR and DOSAR clauses.
