Guaranteed Income Benefit Counseling

The San Mateo County Human Services Agency is seeking a provider of Guaranteed Income Benefit Counseling services for GI program participants. The services will provide participants counseling on how GI payments may or may not affect other Federal and State benefits. The contract is expected to start on January 1, 2024, and end on December 30, 2025. The vendor will be required to provide benefits counseling to approximately 70 eligible individuals during the project period. The key aspects of this contract include: • Providing Guaranteed Income Benefit Counseling services to GI program participants • Counseling participants on how GI payments may or may not affect other Federal and State benefits • Referring participants to additional federal and state program eligibility • Serving approximately 70 eligible individuals during the project period • Contract duration of 24 months • Start date of January 1, 2024, and end date of December 30, 2025
