Employee Benefits Insurance Broker RFP

Lee County Electrical Cooperative (LCEC) is seeking a qualified employee benefits insurance brokerage and consulting firm to deliver a full suite of strategic and operational services. The selected firm will act as a trusted advisor for LCEC’s employee benefits program, handling market analyses, carrier negotiations, financial benchmarking, compliance, claims and account management, technology integration, employee communications, wellness initiatives, and support for renewals and special projects. This engagement requires deep expertise in employee benefits, insurance brokerage, and consulting to optimize cost‑effectiveness and employee satisfaction. • Provide strategic benefits advisory and market evaluation services. • Negotiate with carriers, perform financial analysis, and benchmark benefits costs. • Deliver compliance support, claims/account management, and benefits technology integration. • Create employee communications, wellness programs, and assist with renewals/implementation. • Manage special projects related to employee benefits and insurance.
