This contract is for the repair of various roads in the Baytown South Area for the BetterStreets2Neighborhoods Community Program in Precinct 2. The project includes in-place full depth cold flexible pavement recycling, salvaging and stockpiling of reclaimable asphalt pavement, and the installation of reflectorized pavement markers and traffic control. The contract was awarded to Hayden Paving, Inc. for a total of $2,721,651. The project is expected to have a positive impact on the community by providing safer and easier trips for constituents.
