Provide Nashville Riverfront Dockage Services

This contract awards Lock One Marina Services LLC the responsibility for operating, maintaining, and marketing the Metropolitan Government of Nashville’s riverfront dockage facilities on the Cumberland River. The contractor must provide a comprehensive web and mobile reservation platform, staff the docks (Friday‑Monday coverage and special‑event support), manage utilities, develop and enforce safety and emergency action plans, handle Commercial Vessel Permit (CVP) applications, and submit detailed quarterly and annual financial and operational reports. Revenue is generated through nightly dockage fees, per‑foot charges, CVP fees, and special‑event rates, with a required revenue‑share payment schedule to Metro. The award includes strict insurance requirements, compliance with federal and local regulations (USCG, USACE, ADA, etc.), and a payment to Metro for a future West‑Bank dock investment within six months of contract execution. • Operate and maintain commercial and non‑commercial riverfront docks, including a planned new floating dock. • Deliver a full reservation system (iOS, Android, PC) with secure payment and social‑media integration. • Provide staffing, utility management, safety/EAP compliance, marketing, and quarterly revenue‑share reporting. • Meet extensive insurance, background‑check, and regulatory requirements while handling CVP permits and utility billing.
