The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide on‑call dock leveler services at Fort Indiantown Gap (FTIG). The contract is a three‑year base period with two optional one‑year renewal periods, requiring rapid response, routine maintenance, repair, and occasional installation of dock levelers used for loading and unloading military vehicles and equipment. Vendors must demonstrate capability to service industrial dock equipment, comply with DMVA safety and security requirements, and be able to dispatch technicians to the Annville, PA location as needed.
• Scope: preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, parts replacement, and occasional new‑installations of dock levelers.
• Location: Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA 17003 (Lebanon County).
• Contract length: 3‑year base, up to 5 years total with renewals.
