Description
This contract concerns the wet‑method demolition of existing structures at 2106 Gimon Circle N., Mobile, AL, including removal of footings, slabs, and related components, utility line disconnection and capping, site clearing, erosion and sediment control, and lead‑based paint/asbestos management. The contractor must submit a sealed bid by the December 4, 2024 deadline, provide proof of E‑Verify enrollment, insurance, and required permits, and complete the work within 30 calendar days of receiving a Notice to Proceed.
