Certified Recovery Peer Specialists and Substance Use Case Managers- Pinellas Medication Assisted Treatment and Emergency Referrals to Services (Matters)

This contract is for the provision of Certified Recovery Peer Specialists and Substance Use Case Managers to co-locate in local hospital emergency departments and assist with identification, engagement, and support of individuals in accessing substance use treatment services. The contract has a term of 3 years, with the option to extend for an additional 2 years. The contract value is estimated to be $4,288,492.60. The contractor will be required to provide monthly reports on their services, including the number of patients served, referrals made, and treatment appointments scheduled. The contractor will also be required to participate in the Coordinated Access Model and provide regular updates to the County on their services.
