Bennion Park Lop and Scatter

This contract is for lop and scatter services at Bennion Park, as described in Attachment B Scope of Work. The contract was awarded to Mountain View Reforestation, LLC, with a start date of no later than September 20, 2024, and an end date of October 15, 2024. The contract has a duration of approximately 25 days. The State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the issuing procurement unit, and the State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources is the conducting procurement unit. • The contract requires the contractor to provide lop and scatter services according to the scope of work. • The contractor must begin work no later than September 20, 2024, and complete all work before October 15, 2024. • The contract has a performance evaluation component, where the contractor's performance will be monitored and evaluated throughout the project. • The contractor must maintain a minimum average performance score of 60 to remain on the Rangeland Pre-Qualification list.
