Description
This contract is for professional services to support City projects on an as-needed basis, specifically for civil/environmental engineering, erosion, and sedimentation control services. The contract has a term of two years, with the option to extend for two successive periods of one year each. The total compensation payable by the City to the Consultant cannot exceed $500,000 annually. The Consultant will provide services as outlined in Exhibit A, and the City will make available all data relevant to the work. The contract includes provisions for termination, data ownership and use, audit rights, and indemnity and liability.
