This contract is for lead-based paint assessment inspection, testing, and reporting services for Harris County Public Health Services. The services will be provided by two vendors, Honesty Environmental Services, Inc. and Ferkam Management Corporation dba Fercam Group. The contract has a total value of $197,081. The services include lead abatement in homes and child-occupied facilities built prior to 1978, testing of blood lead levels in children under six years of age, and education and outreach in vulnerable communities.
