Flexible Spending Account

The Flagler County Board of County Commissioners issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Flexible Spending Account Administration services. The contract was awarded to P&A Administrative Services, Inc. The contract term is from October 1, 2016, to September 30, 2017, with the option to renew. The contractor will provide administration services for the county's Flexible Spending Account plan, including claims processing, enrollment, and customer service. The contractor will also provide reports and statements to the county. The contract includes a provision for the contractor to provide a credit/debit card for the Medical Flexible Spending Account.
