The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through MassAbility, is seeking qualified providers to deliver Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL) support services and conduct in‑home functional evaluations for eligible participants with disabilities. The contract will create a statewide network of providers able to offer grocery shopping, meal preparation, medication pick‑up, light housekeeping, and other routine IADL tasks, as well as professional assessments of participants’ functional abilities. Providers must be able to coordinate with MassAbility case managers, use electronic visit verification where required, and comply with privacy, Medicaid, and supplier‑diversity regulations. Up to 50 contracts may be awarded, each with a maximum annual spend of $3 million, an initial five‑year term and two optional two‑year renewals.
